02/21/2010  Author, Carleen Brice talks about her book "Orange, Mint and Honey" and the premiere of the Lifetime Movie Network film "Sins of the Mother" starring Jill Scott, Mimi Rogers and Nicole Beharier. Chef Karl is in the studio with salmon tostada and pecan crusted chicken recipes. Mi-Ling talks about an honor she received from the Society of Professional Journlaists for her show entitled, "A Tribute to Michael Jackson."

Kevin and Mi-Ling talk about how they met and the film project they worked on together with the late Isaac Hayes and Marting Sheen. Chef Karl shares a recipe for traditional Indian bread.

She talked about the unbelievable amount of pain killers being prescribed in  Oklahoma. Substance abuse expert Milton Combs discussed ways to help abusers get off drugs. Chef Karl Greene shared is grilled corn recipe and other favorites.

6/28/09 Mi-Ling speaks with music producers Lance Alexander (L.A.) and Tony Tolbert (Prof T.) about the songs they helped produce for Michael and Janet Jackson while working for super producers Jimmy "Jam" Harris and Terry Lewis.  Caterer, J.R. Roberts also reminisced about touring with MJ during the "Bad Tour." Nationally known dermatologist, Dr. Charles Crutchfield III, discussed Michael's skin condition and the medical reason behind his decision to bleach his skin. Mi-Ling played some of her favorite Jackson tunes and shared a personal story about meeting The Jackson 5.

5/17/09 On this show Mi-Ling interviewed saxsman Elderdge Jackson and basesball great Joe Carter who were good friends of the late Wayman Tisdale.  She also played some of Wayman's greatest hits. Troy Byer, actor, screenwriter and producer best known for her role on the hit TV series, Dynasty gave listeners relationship advice and talked about her new book, Ex-Free: Nine Keys to Freedom After Heartbreak. 

5/31/09 Mi-Ling honored Wayman Tisdale on the show by playing some of his greatest hits. She also spoke with his childhood friend Elderdge Jackson about the last project they created together. Baseball great and Oklahoma native, Joe Carter also called in to to pay tribute to his friend Wayman.

5/03/09  Mi-Ling broadcasts live in her new time slot at the Healthy Home and Green Living Expo at the Cox Pavilion on the State Fair grounds. Mi-Ling spoke with a number of Green businesses about new products and developments in the industry. Music for the day was Kenny G.

4/26/09 Celebrating Earth Week, Mi-Ling speaks with "Green" building expert, Temur Akedhmedov and provides listeners with "Green"decorating tips and cost saving advice. Chef Karl was on hand with a few delicious "Green" recipes.   

4/19/09  Sheila E. famed percussionist, singer and songwriter best known for her collaboration with Prince on "The Glamorous Life" and "Love Bizarre," spoke to Mi-Ling on Sunday, April 19th on "Mi-Ling's Comfort Zone." She talked about her experience on CMT's "Gone Country" and her winning performance of "Glorious Train." Other topics included her charity, Elevated Hope and a forthcoming project that involves her musical family, Prince, Gloria Estefan and other well known artists.  

4/12/09  Real-Estate Broker/Agent, Mitra Senemar and Mi-Ling are "keeping it real" on this show. They hold nothing back and tell homeowners who need to sell their homes in this tough economy exactly what they need to do.  Mitra also talked about some special tax credits. This show has a few challenges and surprises for Mi-Ling and her guest. Music by T.D. 3/08/09 On this show Mi-Ling shared her decorating tips for the visually impaired and chatted with the former mayor of Edmond, Oklahoma. Saundra Gragg Naifeh, chief executive officer of the Oklahoma Optometric Physicians talked about "Save Your Vision Month" and a pilot program that is being tested in Oklahoma for young children. Mi-Ling also spoke with a software company in New York City about a new application for decorators that is available for iPhone users.

3/01/09 Mi-Ling shared her weekly decorating tips on the show and Chef Karl provided listeners with a warm seafood salad recipe. Sales Manager, Tom Johnson of Bob Howard Pontiac talked with MCZ listeners about buying a new car in these tough economic times.

Arthur Gordon talked about the value of redesigning jewelery. Cardiologist, Dr. Carl Rubenstein discussed the importance of preventing heart disease. The Oklahoma Heart Hospital gave one lucky listener a free HeartView scan for American Heart Month.
