If you want your family to eat more salads, then create a colorful and inviting presentation. The plate I used was from Arte Florum Inc., and it was designed in California. Ingredients:

Organic spinach
Organic green leaf lettuce
Organic grape tomatoes
Organic blueberries
Olive Garden Garlic Romano Croutons
Alessi Garlic Breadsticks
Braswell Creamy Vidalia Onion Dressing
Organic green onion

Prepare: Rinse vegetables and prepare as desired.
Drizzle one tablespoon of dressing over the salad and add croutons.  Garnish with a little  Parmigiano – Reggiano.
