Decorating for Halloween on a budget is quick and easy if you can think outside of the box. Find a location in your home to create a vignette and use some of your old Halloween decorations to set the stage.

In this case I used a ghost that usually hangs from a hook on the ceiling. I placed it over a wreath hanger that sits on a table, then I added  party garland, a stuffed animal and a ceramic pumpkin.
