{"id":1107,"date":"2012-02-05T16:59:22","date_gmt":"2012-02-05T22:59:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mi-ling.com\/home\/?p=1107"},"modified":"2014-02-03T22:47:57","modified_gmt":"2014-02-04T04:47:57","slug":"crab-artichoke-dip-with-cashews","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mi-ling.com\/home\/crab-artichoke-dip-with-cashews\/","title":{"rendered":"Crab Artichoke Dip with Cashews"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n<p>1 red bell pepper seeded and chopped<br \/>\n2 fresh medium jalapeno peppers seeded and chopped<br \/>\n3 green onions sliced<br \/>\n2 tsp olive oil<br \/>\n1 jar 14 oz of artichoke hearts drained and chopped<br \/>\n2 cans 6 oz of lump crab meat drained and checked thoroughly<br \/>\n1 cup low fat or regular mayonnaise<br \/>\n1\/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese<br \/>\n1\/2 cup cashews<\/p>\n<p>Instructions<\/p>\n<p>In a sauce pan add olive oil and saute red peppers, onions and jalapenos until soft. Mix crab and mayo together in a bowl add grated cheese and season as needed.
