Q. Why did you start the radio show?<\/p>\n
A. I wanted to give listeners cost-effective design tips as well as information on health\/fitness, comfort food and celebrity interviews. Listeners love Chef Karl Greene, who gives recipes every other week. Also, “The View\u2019s\u201d Sherri Shepherd will be a guest on my show Dec. 6.<\/p>\n
Q. Which show are you most proud of?<\/p>\n
A. I have interviewed a number of wonderful guests during the past year, from “Extreme Makeover\u2019s\u201d Paige Hemmis to HGTV\u2019s Kim Myles and Tanya Nayak. The most moving show for me was my tribute to Michael Jackson, whom I met backstage when I was 14 years old.<\/p>\n
Q. Why are you so passionate about decorating?<\/p>\n
A. Decorating for me is therapy, I\u2019ve always enjoyed creating beautiful spaces, but I never thought of it as a career. All of this is really a tribute to my brother, Tony.
