Decorating for Halloween on a budget is quick and easy if you can think outside of the box. Find a location in your home to create a vignette and use some of your\u00a0old Halloween decorations to set the stage.<\/p>\n

In this case I used a ghost that\u00a0usually hangs from a hook on the ceiling. I placed it over a wreath hanger that sits on a table, then I added \u00a0party garland, a\u00a0stuffed animal and\u00a0a ceramic pumpkin.<\/p>\n
