{"id":3316,"date":"2015-03-16T22:36:35","date_gmt":"2015-03-17T04:36:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mi-ling.com\/?p=3316"},"modified":"2015-05-30T12:00:17","modified_gmt":"2015-05-30T18:00:17","slug":"sweet-potato-frie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mi-ling.com\/home\/sweet-potato-frie\/","title":{"rendered":"Sweet Potato Fries"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I had two sweet potatoes in the pantry so I decided to make delicious baked fries for dinner.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>(2) large sweet potatoes peeled and sliced<br \/>\n<span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">1 tablespoon canola oil<br \/>\n<\/span> garlic powder to taste<br \/>\n1 dash of salt<br \/>\n1 dash of black pepper<br \/>\npaprika to taste<\/p>\n<p>You can also substitute Cajun or Jamaican spices.<\/p>\n<p>Place sliced potatoes in a large Ziplock bag and add just enough oil to coat all the potatoes and then place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper or my favorite, a Silpat silicone sheet liner.<\/p>\n<p>Season on both sides with your favorite spices and bake in a 450 degree preheated oven for 25 minutes. Turn the potatoes at least once for even cooking.<\/p>\n<p><strong> Sauce:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Add mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce together in a bowl and mix well.
