1 Pork tenderloin<\/p>\n

Ingredients Mustard Sauce\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

2\/3 cup sour cream
\n2\/3 cup mayonnaise
\n2 tbsp. dry mustard
\n2 tbsp. chopped green onions
\n2 tsp. vinegar<\/p>\n

Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mix all ingredients\u00a0\u00a0 together. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight to develop flavors.<\/p>\n

MARINADE:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

1\/2 c. soy sauce
\n1\/2 c. bourbon
\n4 tbsp. brown sugar<\/p>\n

Combine all\u00a0\u00a0 ingredients in a bowl large enough to accommodate meat. Pierce tenderloin all\u00a0\u00a0 over with a large fork and place in marinade for several hours or overnight.\u00a0\u00a0 Turn occasionally.<\/p>\n

Preheat oven to 375\u00a0\u00a0 degrees. Flour a see-through roasting bag. Place meat in roasting bag; seal\u00a0\u00a0 and pierce several times with a fork so that steam can escape. Bake at 375\u00a0\u00a0 degrees for 1 hour.<\/p>\n

Carve meat into thin\u00a0\u00a0 slices. Serve with mustard sauce, which may be hot or cold.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
