Refrigerate for several hours or overnight to develop flavors.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>MARINADE:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1\/2 c. soy sauce<br \/>\n1\/2 c. bourbon<br \/>\n4 tbsp. brown sugar<\/p>\n<p>Combine all\u00a0\u00a0 ingredients in a bowl large enough to accommodate meat. Pierce tenderloin all\u00a0\u00a0 over with a large fork and place in marinade for several hours or overnight.\u00a0\u00a0 Turn occasionally.<\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 375\u00a0\u00a0 degrees. Flour a see-through roasting bag. Place meat in roasting bag; seal\u00a0\u00a0 and pierce several times with a fork so that steam can escape. Bake at 375\u00a0\u00a0 degrees for 1 hour.<\/p>\n<p>Carve meat into thin\u00a0\u00a0 slices.
